Accomodations: Each room is tastefully decorated and provides a private bath (suite shares a bath).

Rates: Rates vary from $115-$130 (Double). Family suite $175-$225. Single rates available. Rates may vary based on season and holidays.

Reservations: It is always best to make reservations in advance, but short notice and walk-in guests are welcome. Please call (401) 454-2934 or e-mail info@anniebrownellhouse.com. A two night minumum stay is in effect for weekends, unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Payment: A deposit of 50% of your stay in most cases. Personal checks and major credit cards are accepted.

Cancellations: We will cheerfully refund your deposit, with 2 weeks notice (less a 10% cancellation fee). The same applies for an earlier than scheduled checkout: if the room is cancelled with less than 3 days notice, the total cost of the reservation will charged.

Restrictions: Annie Brownell House is smoke free. Unfortunately, we do not have provisions for pets. Please inquire regarding our limited accomodations for children.

Breakfast: A full breakfast with different entrée and fresh fruit, coffee and teas.
